About the Tavern
Originally opened in 2004 as Caliente by local legend Bender, the tavern has welcomed locals and visitors alike in the Museum District as a home away from home. After being renamed to Sheppard Street Tavern in 2016, those vibes never changed.
About Us
David & Justin took over ownership in March of 2026 with plans, not to change what Sheppard Street Tavern is, but for it to continue to serve the community and drinks as a great pub in a great neighborhood.
About the Patio
Friendly dog friendly! We love when our neighborhood dog friends stop by to visit & hang out on our covered patio.
